The AIKES Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") applies to the AIKES APP developed by Beijing AIKES Technology Co., Ltd. Before using our services, please read this Policy carefully to understand how we process your personal information.

All permissions required by the APP will not be enabled by default. 1.1 To fully enable all features of AIKES, the APP may require the following permissions and may collect the following personal information related to these permissions:
Bluetooth Functionality: To enable device connection and data transfer, we require Bluetooth-related permissions and may collect your device information and Bluetooth connection details.
Location Information: To provide location-based services (e.g., finding nearby devices), we require location permissions and may collect your geographic location information.
Microphone Permission: To enable voice input and voice control features, we require microphone permissions and may collect your voice data.
Network Permission: To enable network connectivity and data upload/download, we require network permissions and may collect your network information and IP address.
Screen Recording Permission: To enable real-time interaction between the video content you watch and our supported ADULT TOY, we require screen recording permissions.
We solemnly declare: We will only use the screen recording permission after obtaining your explicit consent and when you actively enable the screen recording feature. We will not silently record your screen in the background, nor will we use your screen recording content for any other purposes.
We understand that screen recording content may involve your personal privacy. Therefore, we will implement strict security measures, including but not limited to "view-once" protections, to safeguard your screen recording content from leakage, tampering, or loss.

Android: System Settings > App Settings > App Management > Search or Find AIKES > Permission Management > Select the corresponding permission > Disable
iOS: System Settings > AIKES > Select the corresponding permission > Disable
Please note that the specific steps may vary depending on your device model and system version. Please understand that after performing the above operations, we will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn permissions, and we will stop collecting information related to these permissions. However, this will not affect the previous processing of your personal information based on your authorization.
AIKES primarily serves adults, but we still place great importance on the protection of minors' personal information.
If you are a minor under the age of 18, please read and agree to this Privacy Policy under the guidance of your parents or guardians before using this product and related services. We do not actively collect personal information from minors under the age of 18. If we discover or receive feedback that we have automatically collected a child's personal information without prior parental consent, we will promptly delete the relevant information.
